PT Nauticus Global Services is currently seeking highly skilled SAP Functional Experts to support high-impact projects for our prestigious client, KPMG. We are looking for experienced consultants specializing in Finance (FI/CO), Human Resources (HCM/SuccessFactors), or Supply Chain modules to drive digital transformation and operational excellence.
As a key member of our consulting team, you will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical solutions. This is a critical role that demands deep process knowledge, SAP configuration expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional SAP specifications.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and unit testing for assigned SAP modules (FI, CO, HCM, SD, or MM).
- Collaborate with technical developers to ensure high-quality delivery of ABAP objects and custom developments.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process designs.
- Manage end-to-end implementation cycles, including data migration, cutover planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and user adoption.
- Create comprehensive functional documentation, including Business Blueprint and configuration manuals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and support.
- Proven expertise in at least one major SAP functional module (FI/CO, HCM/SuccessFactors, SD, MM, or PP).
- Strong understanding of business process integration within the SAP ecosystem.
- Experience with S/4HANA implementation or migration projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP Certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to join project teams on short notice.
