Combiphar is looking for a talented and experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join our growing IT team in Gunung Putri. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between business requirements and technical SAP solutions, specifically focusing on non-FICO modules. You will play a key role in optimizing our business processes, maintaining system integrity, and driving innovation through robust SAP configurations and continuous improvement projects.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver with deep functional knowledge in modules such as SD, MM, PP, or QM, and a passion for streamlining operations within the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP landscape remains highly performant and aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, configure, and maintain SAP modules (Non-FICO) to meet evolving business requirements.
- Provide expert technical and functional support to end-users to resolve daily system issues and incidents.
- Develop functional specifications for ABAP developers for custom enhancements and reports.
- Manage end-to-end project implementation cycles, from requirement gathering to testing and deployment.
- Execute system testing (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing) to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation and training programs for end-users to ensure high system adoption.
- Monitor system performance and implement process optimizations to increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in at least one or more SAP Non-FICO modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, QM, PM).
- Solid understanding of business processes and their integration within an ERP environment.
- Proven experience in handling full-cycle SAP implementation projects and post-go-live support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
