Century Pacific Food is currently embarking on a transformative digital journey, and we are looking for a strategic SAP Global Process Owner – Finance (Record to Report) to lead the charge. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our end-to-end finance processes, ensuring that our SAP ERP transformation aligns perfectly with global best practices and local business objectives.
As the GPO, you will serve as the bridge between technical implementation teams and finance stakeholders, driving efficiency, standardization, and data integrity across the R2R (Record to Report) workstream. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the global design, standardization, and optimization of end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes within SAP.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Finance department and IT/ERP implementation teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
- Define and govern global process standards, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and group reporting policies.
- Drive the development of process maps, SOPs, and training documentation to support global ERP adoption.
- Monitor and report on key process performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global process owners to ensure seamless integration between Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
- Manage organizational change initiatives related to process updates, including stakeholder workshops and user adoption strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting, with at least 5 years specifically within SAP ERP environments.
- Deep functional expertise in SAP FICO modules, particularly the General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Period-End Closing processes.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP transformation or process improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and local regulatory financial reporting standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
