Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire SAP lifecycle, including implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support.
- Lead a team of SAP consultants and developers to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and technologies to recommend best practices.
- Oversee data migration and integration processes with other systems.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ECC, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in the retail industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO) and integration between them.
- Experience in leading SAP projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Certification in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
