Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately encode, process, and maintain data in the SAP system
- Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure data accuracy
- Generate and distribute reports as requested by management
- Perform regular data backups and system maintenance tasks
- Assist in the implementation of SAP system improvements
- Train team members on SAP data entry procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience working with SAP systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of construction industry practices is a plus
