Are you an experienced SAP FICO Consultant looking for your next challenge in the retail sector? Nityo Infotech is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join a high-impact implementation project for our prestigious client in the Retail industry. In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, streamlining financial operations and ensuring seamless integration within the SAP ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling and have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementation projects. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring that the financial reporting and accounting processes are optimized for peak performance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules for retail-specific business processes.
- Conduct detailed business requirement gathering and translate them into functional design documents (FDD).
- Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
- Provide expert guidance on Financial Supply Chain Management and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP) to ensure integrated end-to-end business process functionality.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide comprehensive training to end-users.
- Support post-go-live activities, including hyper-care support and continuous system optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA project.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and localization requirements (e.g., e-Faktur).
- Proficiency in integration points between FICO and other SAP S/4HANA modules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
- SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
