Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules based on client requirements.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them into efficient SAP functional designs.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for existing FICO configurations to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with SD, MM, and other core S/4HANA modules.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW) and work closely with technical developers.
- Facilitate user training sessions and prepare comprehensive documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
- Support period-end closing activities and resolve complex financial reconciliation issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with specific exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, management accounting, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects within the Retail industry.
- Expertise in S/4HANA Finance functionalities including New GL, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
