Nityo Infotech is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join our prestigious client’s project in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the digital transformation of financial operations, ensuring seamless integration between SAP FICO modules and business processes.
As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP S/4HANA Financials. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within a fast-paced retail environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules.
- Perform comprehensive business process analysis and map requirements to SAP functionalities.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO solutions (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting).
- Provide expert-level support for financial closing processes and reporting in S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP SD, MM, and PP consultants, to ensure seamless process integration.
- Design and conduct user training sessions and develop robust documentation for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity.
- Support business stakeholders in adopting SAP best practices and identifying process optimization opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments with at least one full-cycle implementation.
- Strong technical proficiency in configuring SAP FICO and deep understanding of Finance/Controlling integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Retail industry domain knowledge is highly preferred.
- Professional certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance is a significant advantage.
- Strong command of English and Indonesian, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
