Nityo Infotech is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join our team for a high-profile client engagement. In this role, you will be the bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring our client’s financial processes are optimized for peak performance within the S/4HANA environment.
As an SAP FICO expert, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of financial accounting and controlling modules. You will work closely with stakeholders to streamline business processes, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and leverage S/4HANA capabilities to drive digital transformation. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full-cycle implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules.
- Conduct business process analysis to map client requirements to standard SAP functionalities.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center Accounting) according to business needs.
- Execute system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for financial reporting and closing processes.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for ABAP developments and enhancements.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SD, MM, and PP modules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Proven track record of at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong understanding of financial business processes, specifically within the Retail industry.
- Proficiency in configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
- Solid experience in SAP Controlling (CO) including Product Costing and Profitability Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English and Indonesian.
