Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect the SAP S/4HANA solution landscape, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead the technical migration strategy from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA Cloud (RISE with SAP).
- Define integration points between SAP S/4HANA and third-party retail systems (e.g., POS, ERP extensions).
- Conduct system analysis, technical feasibility studies, and data migration planning.
- Mentor and guide technical consultants and developers on SAP standards and implementation methodologies.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and resolution of complex system issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Cloud) implementation and RISE with SAP methodology.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect specifically within the Retail industry.
- Deep knowledge of SAP core modules: SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), FI/CO (Finance/Controlling), and PP (Production Planning).
- Experience with SAP Basis, ABAP development, and middleware integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
