Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical architecture design for SAP S/4HANA implementations using RISE methodology
- Develop and document system specifications, integration blueprints, and deployment strategies
- Coordinate with business analysts to translate retail requirements into technical solutions
- Overcome complex integration challenges across SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO)
- Ensure compliance with security standards and performance optimization protocols
- Guide development teams through custom code development and system testing
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience with 2+ years in technical architecture roles
- SAP RISE methodology certification and cloud deployment expertise
- Deep understanding of retail industry processes and SAP retail solutions
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP, Fiori development, and SAP integration technologies
- Experience leading technical teams and managing project timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
