- Design and oversee technical architecture for SAP S/4HANA implementations in retail environments
- Lead RISE methodology adoption, ensuring cloud-based solution alignment with business objectives
- Develop technical specifications and configuration plans for SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD)
- Coordinate system integration, data migration, and testing across complex landscapes
- Provide expert guidance on S/4HANA optimization, security protocols, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor development teams on SAP best practices and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 7 years SAP implementation experience with 3+ years in S/4HANA technical architecture
- Expertise in SAP RISE methodology and cloud transformation strategies
- Deep understanding of retail industry processes and SAP retail-specific solutions
- SAP certification in S/4HANA Technical Architecture or equivalent
- Strong ABAP programming skills and SAP module expertise (FI/CO/MM/SD)
- Experience leading technical teams through full project lifecycles
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
