In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process for a major player in the manufacturing sector. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) will be critical in ensuring high-level service delivery, accurate promise dates, and inventory optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, driving efficiency across the entire supply chain. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the configuration and customization of SAP SD modules to meet specific manufacturing business requirements.
- Implement and optimize advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) functionalities, including Product Availability Check (PAC) and Back-Order Processing (BOP).
- Design, develop, and test Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including pricing procedures, credit management, and billing.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and provide strategic recommendations for system improvements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Perform comprehensive unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system stability.
- Provide expert-level support and training to end-users to ensure smooth system adoption and operational continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation and support roles.
- Direct experience or strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA aATP features is highly mandatory.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing industry business processes and supply chain logic.
- Proven ability to integrate SAP SD seamlessly with other modules such as MM, PP, and FICO.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical and functional issues under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian for professional stakeholder management.
- Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role within the technology sector is preferred.
