We are seeking an experienced SAP Supporter with expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and FICO modules to join our dynamic Global IT team in Surabaya. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing second-level SAP support, resolving complex financial and operational issues, and ensuring seamless integration of business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, troubleshoot billing discrepancies, and maintain financial data integrity. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules, understands end-to-end order processing workflows, and can drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide second-level support for SAP Order to Cash and FICO modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in billing, invoicing, and financial accounting
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless business process integration
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles for recurring issues
- Participate in SAP system upgrades and implementation projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of SAP support experience with O2C and FICO specialization
- Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO modules and order-to-cash lifecycle
- Proficiency in SQL and SAP troubleshooting tools
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
