Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding satellite radio services, subscriptions, and account details.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades to enhance service satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve daily and monthly performance targets and quality standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and call center protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a college graduate or holder of a Vocational Diploma/Certificate in any course.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role (preferred but open to fresh graduates with strong potential).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the patience to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems.
- Must be willing to work in a rotational schedule, including night shifts if required by the account.
- Must be currently based in Cebu or willing to relocate to Central Visayas.
