Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding structures according to safety standards and project requirements
- Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear before use
- Ensure all scaffolding installations comply with local and international safety regulations
- Collaborate with construction teams to determine optimal scaffolding placement and configuration
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to securely fasten scaffolding components
- Monitor scaffolding conditions during use and make necessary adjustments
- Dismantle scaffolding safely after project completion or when no longer needed
- Train and guide less experienced workers on proper scaffolding techniques
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Scaffolder or similar role in construction projects
- Knowledge of scaffolding materials, components, and installation techniques
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards for scaffolding operations
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Certification in scaffolding operations (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
