Tanggung Jawab
- Install scaffolding systems according to engineering specifications and safety standards
- Inspect scaffolding components for structural integrity before each use
- Dismantle scaffolding safely after project completion or when required
- Ensure all scaffolding meets OSHA and local regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate access and work platforms
- Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections and maintenance
- Train junior staff on proper scaffolding techniques and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of scaffolding experience in construction environments
- Certification in scaffolding safety or structural work preferred
- Strong understanding of load calculations and weight distribution principles
- Ability to read technical blueprints and engineering diagrams
- Physical fitness for working at heights and handling heavy materials
- Valid work permits and clearances for construction sites
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and compliance standards
