Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of scaffolding structures for compliance with safety standards
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions for scaffolding installations
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographic evidence and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to resolve safety issues
- Monitor scaffold erection/dismantling processes to ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Train construction personnel on proper scaffolding usage and safety procedures
- Stay current with local and international safety regulations (OSHA, ASME, etc.)
- Participate in safety audits and risk assessments for construction sites
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scaffolding Inspector
- Certification in scaffolding inspection (preferred) or relevant safety qualifications
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, ASME, and local construction safety standards
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for reporting findings to diverse teams
- Physical capability to work at heights and navigate construction sites
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
