Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the design, erection, and dismantling of scaffolding systems to ensure structural stability and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular on-site safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead safety briefings and toolbox talks for construction crew members to promote a culture of awareness.
- Maintain detailed inspection logs, safety documentation, and inventory reports for all scaffolding equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure scaffolding plans align with the overall project timeline and budget.
- Enforce strict adherence to Philippine OSHS (Occupational Safety and Health Standards) and internal company protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for scaffolding-related challenges on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor or Safety Officer in a construction environment.
- Valid certification in Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH/COSH training is highly preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of scaffolding standards, materials, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for report writing and safety coordination.
- Ability to perform site visits and work effectively in a fast-paced construction field.
