In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our senior scheduling staff, ensuring that project timelines are accurately represented and analyzed. You will be involved in the critical process of loading schedule durations and performing what-if scenario evaluations to support decision-making for our diverse portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior scheduling staff in the accurate loading of schedule durations into project management software (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
- Perform and document what-if scenario evaluations to assess the impact of potential delays or changes on project timelines.
- Update and maintain project schedules to reflect current progress and forecasted completion dates.
- Generate and distribute weekly or monthly progress reports to stakeholders and project teams.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify potential scheduling risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all schedule data is consistent, accurate, and compliant with contractual requirements.
- Support the preparation of schedule narratives and visual aids for project reviews and client presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience or strong understanding of construction scheduling principles and Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Proficiency in using Primavera P6 or MS Project for planning and scheduling tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate clear reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support senior staff with ad-hoc tasks.
