As a Scheduling & Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with management to streamline workflow processes, manage staff rosters, and resolve operational challenges efficiently. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, maintain, and update complex staff schedules and shift rosters to ensure 100% coverage.
  • Monitor real-time attendance, track time-off requests, and manage leave balances for the operations team.
  • Collaborate with department heads and team leads to forecast staffing needs based on projected workload and client requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors or external partners when necessary to coordinate resources and logistics.
  • Streamline operational procedures and workflows to enhance overall team productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training scheduling for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HRIS systems and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
  • Handle day-to-day logistical challenges and provide solutions to minimize operational downtime.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in scheduling, operations coordination, or administrative support.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or scheduling software is a plus.
