National Data And Surveying Services Inc (NDS) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduling Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. As a Scheduling Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our operational efficiency by managing complex field schedules, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between our field surveyors and internal stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate daily/weekly schedules for field survey operations.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to prevent operational delays.
- Communicate project requirements and updates clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project progress using internal scheduling software and tools.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all scheduling changes and site visits.
- Ensure compliance with company data collection standards and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and scheduling management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting project deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in data-driven environments or surveying industries is a distinct advantage.
