Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative operations and office procedures to ensure seamless workflow.
- Handle and organize training-related documents, records, and filing systems efficiently.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue preparation and equipment checks.
- Maintain updated databases and records for accurate data retrieval and reporting.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and greeting visitors.
- Support the training team with administrative needs and general office support tasks.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric attitude.
