Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, emotional, and social challenges
- Conduct comprehensive student assessments and develop personalized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments
- Implement crisis intervention protocols and emergency response procedures
- Organize mental health workshops and awareness campaigns for students and staff
- Maintain confidential student records and documentation according to ethical standards
- Facilitate referrals to external mental health professionals and community resources
- Develop and implement social-emotional learning programs across grade levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Valid counseling certification/licensure from recognized Malaysian authorities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in school counseling or youth mental health
- Expertise in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and developmental psychology
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Familiarity with British curriculum frameworks and international education standards
- Proficiency in assessment tools and evidence-based counseling methodologies
- Cultural competency and ability to work with diverse student populations
