Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions addressing emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns
- Develop and implement personalized support plans for students experiencing academic or social challenges
- Conduct crisis intervention and emergency response protocols for critical situations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external mental health professionals to coordinate student care
- Design and facilitate wellbeing workshops on resilience, stress management, and social skills
- Maintain confidential student records and documentation aligned with ethical guidelines
- Advocate for inclusive practices and promote positive school climate initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related mental health field
- Professional certification/licensure in counseling (e.g., Registered Counselor with Singapore Association for Counseling)
- Minimum 3 years experience providing counseling services to children/adolescents in educational settings
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention techniques
- Strong assessment skills for identifying developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Excellent communication abilities for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of child development theories and evidence-based counseling methodologies
