Enderun Colleges is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse to join our academic community in Pio Del Pilar. You will act as the bridge between home, school, and community healthcare providers, managing individual health needs with precision and empathy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency care for students and staff experiencing illness or injury.
- Develop and implement Individualized Health Care Plans (IHCP) for students with chronic conditions.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential student health records in accordance with institutional policies.
- Conduct regular health screenings, vision and hearing tests, and monitor immunization compliance.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to design and implement health promotion and disease prevention programs.
- Liaise with parents, families, and external healthcare professionals to manage complex health requirements.
- Ensure the school clinic is fully stocked with essential medical supplies and equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with current health regulations and ensure school compliance with health safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and valid license from the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in pediatrics, community health, or a school setting.
- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and first aid certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain meticulous medical records.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and make sound medical decisions under pressure.
