Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver primary healthcare services including health assessments, immunization monitoring, and chronic condition management
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency response for injuries and health incidents
- Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate student medical records
- Develop and implement wellness education programs for students and staff
- Coordinate with parents, physicians, and school administration on health-related matters
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and school safety protocols
- Manage medication administration and health inventory supplies
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with valid PRC license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience, school nursing experience advantageous
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Basic Life Support
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of pediatric and adolescent health principles
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergency situations
- Proficient in health documentation and electronic medical records
