ACLC College is seeking a compassionate and skilled School Nurse to join our educational community in Cotabato. In this role, you'll manage daily health operations including first aid administration, medication oversight, health record maintenance, and emergency response coordination. You'll collaborate with faculty, parents, and local healthcare providers to develop health education initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid response for student/staff injuries and illnesses
- Manage and maintain confidential health records and immunization documentation
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions
- Conduct health screenings and assessments for students and staff
- Develop and implement health education programs on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and crisis management protocols
- Collaborate with parents, physicians, and school administrators on health-related matters
- Ensure infirmary equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with active PRC license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience, preferably in school or pediatric settings
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Basic Life Support
- Strong knowledge of adolescent health issues and school healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and effectively
- Proficiency in health record management systems
