Tanggung Jawab
- Provide primary healthcare services to students and staff, including assessment, treatment, and referrals
- Manage and maintain confidential health records for all students and employees
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide first aid when needed
- Develop and implement health education programs and wellness initiatives
- Conduct health screenings and ensure compliance with immunization requirements
- Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report communicable diseases and implement control measures
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with valid license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- At least 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in school or community health setting
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and school health policies
- Experience with health record management systems
