Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a tangible impact on the next generation of leaders? ACLC College is seeking a qualified School Nurse for our AMACC La Union campus. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive health management of our student body and faculty, ensuring a safe, healthy, and conducive learning environment. We believe that a healthy student is a successful student, and we need a passionate professional to lead our health services department.
Your day-to-day will involve a dynamic mix of clinical care, health promotion, and emergency management. You will administer first aid, manage chronic health conditions, and oversee vaccination drives. Beyond immediate care, you will design and implement health education seminars to foster wellness culture on campus. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide primary healthcare services and emergency medical response for students and staff on campus.
- Conduct regular health screenings, immunization drives, and physical examinations.
- Manage and maintain accurate medical records, health profiles, and immunization certificates.
- Develop and implement health education programs and wellness campaigns to promote student well-being.
- Collaborate with faculty and school administration to enforce health and safety policies.
- Monitor and report communicable diseases to ensure campus safety.
- Counsel students on personal hygiene, nutrition, and mental health resources.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or related medical degree.
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and parents.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm during emergencies.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
