Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate medical care and emergency response for students and staff.
- Conduct routine health screenings, immunization records, and physical examinations.
- Administer prescribed medications and manage chronic health conditions on campus.
- Develop and implement health education programs and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all students and employees.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to ensure a safe learning environment.
- Coordinate with local health centers for referrals and specialized care when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Previous experience in a school setting or educational institution is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
- Physical stamina and emotional resilience to handle diverse medical scenarios.
