As our School Nurse, you'll collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to develop individualized health plans, conduct routine screenings, and manage acute health situations. You'll implement evidence-based health initiatives, maintain confidential medical records, and serve as the primary health resource for our diverse student body. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver first aid and emergency medical response to students and staff
- Conduct health assessments, screenings, and immunization compliance checks
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Develop and implement health education programs for students/staff
- Maintain accurate confidential health records and documentation
- Collaborate with parents/guardians on health management plans
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and specialists
- Manage chronic health conditions and emergency protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare qualification
- Valid Malaysian nursing license and registration
- Minimum 2 years clinical/pediatric nursing experience
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED
- Strong knowledge of child health development and school health policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters
- Experience with health record management systems preferred
