Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular health examinations and screenings for students to ensure overall well-being
- Provide immediate medical attention for illnesses, injuries, and health emergencies on campus
- Develop and implement health education programs to promote healthy lifestyle choices among students
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all student health interactions
- Collaborate with school administrators to develop health policies and protocols
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student health concerns and treatment plans
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and specialists when necessary
- Participate in school health committees and contribute to overall campus health initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Valid and current Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Licensed Physician
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in healthcare or school medicine
- Proficient in computer systems and electronic health record management
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Knowledge of adolescent health issues and school health regulations
- Ability to work independently and make sound medical decisions in emergency situations
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care
