Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain advanced respiratory tissue culture platforms to support research activities.
- Develop and validate pathogen-agnostic diagnostic assays and testing protocols.
- Conduct complex laboratory experiments related to respiratory virology and infectious diseases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, clinicians, and engineers to translate research findings into practical applications.
- Optimize laboratory workflows and ensure strict adherence to biosafety and quality control standards.
- Analyze experimental data, troubleshoot technical issues, and document findings accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a research laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of tissue culture techniques, cell biology, and molecular biology assays.
- Familiarity with respiratory pathogens (e.g., Influenza, SARS-CoV-2) and diagnostic methodologies.
- Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and PCR machines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
