We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at PT Entrepreneur Trust Digital. This role is based in Jakarta and will support our banking client in delivering high-quality software solutions using Agile methodologies.
As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the Scrum process, ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles, and removing any obstacles that may hinder progress. You will work closely with the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders to ensure transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile practices, particularly in the banking or financial services sector. You will be responsible for fostering a positive team environment, promoting self-organization, and driving the team towards achieving sprint goals.
This is a contract position offering a competitive salary between Rp 8,000,000 and Rp 12,000,000 per month. If you are passionate about Agile and have the experience to guide teams to success, we encourage you to apply.
Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments and obstacles that block the team's progress
- Coach and mentor the team on Scrum and Agile practices
- Ensure the product backlog is well-maintained, prioritized, and refined
- Track sprint progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
- Help the team improve their processes and increase efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, preferably in banking/finance
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are highly desirable
