We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic technology team at Kairos Utama Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will drive Agile transformation by facilitating seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams while removing impediments to project delivery. You'll work alongside other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and leadership to resolve complex challenges and optimize our development workflows. As a servant leader, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, and psychological safety where teams can innovate and excel.
Your responsibilities will include championing Agile principles, conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. You'll guide teams through Agile ceremonies while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Remove impediments and blockers hindering team progress
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies and Scrum framework implementation
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, RTE, and management to resolve cross-team dependencies
- Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics and tools
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety
- Ensure alignment between team deliverables and business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master in software development
- Proven track record of facilitating high-performing Agile teams
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
