Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress, enabling smooth delivery of sprint objectives
- Lead and mentor distributed on/offshore teams in Agile methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and prioritize backlog items
- Monitor and report on team performance, sprint progress, and key metrics to stakeholders
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
- Ensure product development aligns with business objectives and customer needs
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, product management, and other stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Product Manager in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
- Experience leading distributed on/offshore teams and managing remote collaboration
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remove blockers and drive teams toward achieving sprint objectives
- Knowledge of product management principles and product development lifecycle
- Certification in Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
