Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sea export/import operations including documentation preparation and customs clearance
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for timely cargo movement
- Process bills of lading, commercial invoices, and other shipping documentation
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and coordinate cargo tracking throughout transit
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sea freight forwarding operations
- Strong knowledge of export/import procedures and documentation requirements
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation processing
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
