Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full lifecycle of sea export shipments including booking, documentation, and customs clearance
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for timely cargo release
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and other shipping documents
- Optimize routing and cost-efficiency of ocean freight shipments across global trade lanes
- Monitor shipment status proactively and resolve transit delays or compliance issues
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and customs brokers
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and trade compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sea export operations or freight forwarding
- Proficiency in ocean freight documentation and INCOTERMS application
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and export procedures
- Experience with logistics software and shipment tracking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex shipping scenarios
- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Certification in logistics (e.g., CSCP, FIATA) is advantageous
