As a Seasonal Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Hiessence, creating memorable customer experiences through product demonstrations, consultations, and exceptional service. - Represent the Hiessence brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at the pop-up kiosk
- Engage customers through product demonstrations and personalized consultations
- Meet and exceed sales targets while promoting brand values and product benefits
- Maintain an attractive and organized kiosk display to enhance customer experience
- Provide accurate product information and address customer inquiries effectively
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on brand offerings
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail sales, brand ambassadorship, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong interest in beauty, wellness, or premium consumer products
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Professional appearance with a positive and energetic attitude
- Basic computer skills for sales transactions and inventory management
