- Actively promote and demonstrate school supplies to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked according to planograms.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in receiving and replenishing stock, checking for quality and expiry dates.
- Operate POS system accurately for sales transactions and customer inquiries.
- Meet personal and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Report weekly sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory needs to the Store Manager.
- Adhere to all store policies, safety procedures, and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must be at least a High School Graduate (K-12). College level or Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- No previous work experience is required - comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a strong customer service orientation.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work at SM Pampanga, San Fernando.
- Residents of Pampanga or nearby areas are highly preferred.
