Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Handle incoming/outbound communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems for efficient record retrieval
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor coordination
- Support office operations by managing inventory orders and equipment maintenance
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or secretarial roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation and data entry
