Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Manage and organize physical and electronic case files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, acting as the first point of contact for clients.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys, managing calendars efficiently to prevent conflicts.
- Conduct legal research and summarize relevant case law and statutes to support ongoing legal proceedings.
- Assist in court appearances by preparing exhibit lists, docket sheets, and other necessary filing documents.
- Maintain accurate records of billable hours and prepare invoices for clients in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1-3 years of experience working as a Secretary or Legal Assistant in a law firm setting.
- Proficiency in legal terminology and strong drafting skills in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and standard legal management software.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
