Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements across the region.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute high‑quality correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with project coordination, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor management as required.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement best‑practice administrative procedures.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience handling travel arrangements and expense reporting is advantageous.
