As the Secretary to Director, you will be entrusted with managing critical information, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our executive leadership. This position requires someone who can maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. You will be expected to handle sensitive information, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with various administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of our leadership team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Prepare, edit, and distribute official documents, reports, and correspondence
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and visitors
- Coordinate departmental activities and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation of records
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other executive materials
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise initiative
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently and perform well under pressure
