- Lead, motivate, and manage the daily performance of the food section team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to M&S food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations to maintain high-quality standards.
- Drive sales targets by maximising product availability, optimising shelf layouts, and reducing stock wastage.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes to ensure accurate stock control.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
- Conduct regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews to develop team skills.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a retail or food service management role, preferably within a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, handling procedures, and HACCP guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to decision-making.
