Join Arisamandiri Pratama as a Section Head for Functional SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP) and lead the implementation, development, and optimization of SAP systems to support integrated business processes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in SAP functional modules, particularly in Finance (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead a team of SAP functional consultants in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO, MM, SD, and PP modules
- Develop and maintain comprehensive SAP system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules with other enterprise systems and business processes
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage SAP projects, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to recommend system enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of SAP implementation and support experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP FICO, MM, SD, and PP modules
- Strong understanding of business processes and how SAP systems can optimize them
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading SAP implementation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
