Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the general ledger team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with PSAK standards
- Oversee month-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and process improvements
- Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
- Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls to enhance financial integrity
- Manage SOX compliance activities and audit preparations for internal/external stakeholders
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general ledger management with 2+ years in leadership role
- Deep expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP FICO or similar ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record in team leadership, mentoring, and process optimization
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
