Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive corporate culture strategies aligned with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Design and manage high-impact employee engagement programs, internal communications, and cultural events to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Analyze organizational needs to ensure the seamless dissemination of core values and brand identity across all departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and accountability.
- Oversee the planning and organization of annual corporate retreats, team-building activities, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of culture initiatives, using data-driven insights to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company culture, ensuring consistency in external and internal communications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate culture, HR strategy, or organizational development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and strategic HR principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian (business proficiency required).
- Proven track record of successfully implementing culture change initiatives within a large-scale organization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to align culture with operational goals.
- Experience with HR analytics tools and employee engagement survey methodologies.
