Join Summarecon's dynamic finance team as Section Head of Finance & Accounting and drive financial excellence for our operations. In this strategic leadership role, you'll oversee the implementation of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and ensure strict compliance with tax regulations. You'll lead financial reporting initiatives, manage budgeting cycles, and provide critical insights to support executive decision-making. The position requires deep expertise in financial controls, risk management, and process optimization to enhance organizational efficiency. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to align financial strategies with business objectives while mentoring a high-performing team of finance professionals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the finance and accounting section to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Implement and maintain Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
- Manage month-end/year-end closing activities and financial audits
- Develop and optimize financial systems, controls, and reporting procedures
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Lead and develop the finance team through coaching and performance management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of finance and accounting experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent leadership abilities with team management experience
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) highly valued
